Sharon Haverstock Obituary
Sharon Lynn Haverstock, a resident of Dothan, passed away at her residence on Saturday, January 21, 2023. She was 83 years old.
Sharon was born on March 3, 1939 in Lincoln, Rhode Island and resided there the early years of her life. She then met and married the love of her life, Don. They would move to Ohio and live there for many years before moving to North Carolina. In 1993, they relocated to the Dothan Area, where they would call home, for the remainder of their lives. Sharon was very creative, especially with basket weaving, winning several first-place ribbons with her beautiful pieces. In her spare time, she enjoyed playing golf and bowling with her family and friends.
Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Lillian Cragg, Sr.; and her husband of 62 years, Donald Dale Haverstock.
Survivors include her children, Dennis (Lisa) Haverstock and Michele Haverstock (Jay) Sealy; her grandchildren, Jake Sealy and Max Sealy; her brother, Thomas (Nancy) Cragg, Jr.; her sister, Linda (John) Ruddy; her three nieces and a nephew.
