Sam C. Williams

Sam C. Williams passed in peace on Sunday, January 9, 2022 at the age of 92.

Graveside services held at 2:00pm on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at Gardens of Memory Cemetery. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:30 pm prior to services.

Born and raised in Dothan Alabama, Sam was known for his dedication and commitment to his work at Fort Rucker as Chief of Communications. His greatest joy was working in the yard where he spent numerous hours working beside his wife, Martha.

He is survived by his loving wife, Martha Enfinger Williams. He leaves behind a brother, Jimmie D Williams; children Debra (Greg Peel), Beverly (Dan) Buchanan, Jimmy (Miranda) Williams and Greg (Jolene) Williams. He was a proud 5th generation grandfather to numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Catherine Williams; late wife Bobbie (Etheridge) Williams and a son Tommy Williams.

Serving as pall bearers, Alan Chase, Brett Buchanan, Brad Buchanan, Kolby Kaston, Cameron Williams and Parker Williams.
