Ruby Cogburn
July 2, 1934 — September 18, 2020
Ruby Cogburn, 86, a resident of Columbia passed away on Friday, September 18, 2020 surrounded by her loving family.
A graveside service will take place on Friday, September 25, 2020 at 10:30 am at Piney Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends at Sunset Memorial Park Funeral Home from 9 am to 10 am on Friday.
Ruby was a strong and caring woman. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. Ruby will be deeply missed by all who loved her.
Survivors include her seven children: Sherry (Phillip) Walker, Ann (Ron) Currin, Debbie Moss, Sharlene (Tim) Crawford, Melissa (Dave) Ball, Randy Cogburn and Walter Davis; also surviving are a multitude of grandchildren, great grand-children and great great-grandchildren. A special sister-in-law Willie Mae Hallford and brother Jack (Ann) Fountain.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the James Green Senior Citizen Center.
