Ronnie Givens

Ronnie Givens, 53, a resident of Midland City, passed Thursday July 28, 2016 surrounded by his family.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park with Robert Byrd directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5-7:00 p.m. Monday.

Ronnie was born Laurinburg, North Carolina and lived the early part of his life in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He moved to the Wiregrass Area in 1994 and was employed as a carpenter with Inventive Solution Services until his recent illness. He loved to go fishing and camping. Preceded in death by his father Wendell Givens.

Survivors include his son, Harley Fellows; his daughter, Selena Givens; his mother, Patti Risher; his step-children, Brian Rogers, Kendell Rogers, and Terry Lynn Rogers; his sister, Susan Lassiter; his brothers, Mike givens, Scott Givens, and Jason Prince; several nieces and nephews.
