Robert Franklin Shoemaker, a resident of Columbia, AL passed away on Monday, May 29, 2017. He was 52 years old.
Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at Ebenezer Baptist Church with Rev. Don Tew officiating.
Mr. Shoemaker was born July 18, 1964 in Butler, AL and was a 1984 graduate of Houston County High School. He was employed with Alabama Electric as an electrician for several years. He was an Alabama fan, an avid fisherman and was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church.
Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Shoemaker; brother, Dewayne (Linda) Shoemaker; sister, Angie (Clint) Smith; a nephew, Andrew Shoemaker; nieces, Hanna Shoemaker, Jessica Smith, and Samantha Smith; a great-nephew, Kohen Moore.
