Patrick Hugh Shaffer

Pat was born in Garland, Texas on March 14, 1964. He spent the early years of his life in Mesquite, Texas, where he graduated from North Mesquite High School. Following high school, Pat joined the U.S. Air Force and served for 5 years. Later, he began working at Haynes & Boone Law Firm in Dallas, Texas, where he was employed for over 20 years. In 2010, Pat moved to Dothan from Texas. He had a great passion for playing jazz music. He was excellent at playing the saxophone, violin, piano, and almost any instrument. Pat will be greatly missed by all who know and love him.

Pat is survived by his 2 brothers, Scott Shaffer and Alan Shaffer; and 2 sisters, Shannon Harsh and Rosemary Millar.
