Marty Gail Brown

Marty Brown, 41, a resident of Love Town died Friday December 19, 2015 at her resident.

Funeral services will be held 10 am Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Todd Thorpe officiating. Burial will follow in Liberty Baptist Church with Robert Byrd of Sunset Funeral Home directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5-7pm Tuesday.

Marty was born August 4, 1974 in Donalsonville, Georgia and she move to Ashford at an early age.  She attended Ashford High School and an avid and die-hard Alabama fan.  Marty was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and was all about her family. She was preceded in death by her son, D.J. Brown.

Survivors include her husband, Danny Brown of Love Town; her sons, Steven Brown and Dylan Brown; her daughter, Krystal Brown; her grandchildren, Kathlyn Brown, Kayleigh Brown, Karliegh Brown and Brantley Brown; her mother, Barbara Gail James; her grandmother, Jewell Phillips; her brother, Jason James; her sisters, Gloria Enfinger and Amy James; several nieces and nephews.
