Born on November 2, 1962, in Bainbridge, GA, to the late Larry Hare Sr. and Mary Jean Hare, Janine's journey through life was characterized by her unwavering spirit and her devotion to those she held dear.

Janine's professional path as an administrative assistant and secretary in the healthcare sector was a testament to her commitment to helping others.
