Leighton Michelle Freeman

Leighton Michelle Freeman was born on Sunday, January 16, 2022, at 5:18 a.m. to her
parents Cole and Amber Freeman at Southeast Medical Center of Dothan. She
weighed 3 pounds 12 ounces and was 17 inches long.

Leighton's parents were blessed with a little over nine hours with her before she passed
away peacefully in their arms at 2:53 p.m. Leighton experienced lots of hugs and
kisses, as well as holding hands with her mommy and daddy. She was told countless
times "We love you" and "You are so beautiful".

Leighton is deeply loved by her mommy and daddy, big brother Hill, and twin brother
Hampton; her grandparents, Mark and Sonya Strassburg, Kim and Rocky Freeman,
and Bruce Stewart; great grandparents, Barbara Hodges, Rick and Sandra Neal, Bob
and Ramona Underwood, and Dave and Sharon Strassburg. We all look forward to the day
we are able to meet her in heaven just like all of her aunts, uncles and cousins.
A private graveside service to celebrate her life will take place in Sunset Memorial Park
Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 29, 2022.
