Joe was born on September 17, 1954 in Millbrook, AL to the late J. C. and Lois Hall. Joe enjoyed raising horses and spending time with his family.
Joe was survived by his spouse, Al Stewart; his sister, Avis Duke; his brother, Larry Hall, all of Skipperville and Richard Hall of Ozark; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will celebrate his memory in private. Donations may be made in his honor to Ozark-Dale County Humane Society.
