Josef W. Jahn, Jr., 51, a resident of Black Alabama died Wednesday May 16, 2012 at Flowers Hospital.

rnFuneral services will be held 3 pm Friday, May 18, 2012 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park with Robert Byrd directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2 pm until 3pm Friday. rnJosef was born December 23, 1960 in Mobile, Alabama and he resided the early years of his life there. He moved to Dothan in 1976 and graduated from Dothan High School in 1978. He was employed as a sign fabricator for several years until his illness. Josef loved music and played in a band with his brothers. He was preceded in death by his father Josef W. Jahn, Sr. rnSurvivors include his wife, Karen Jahn, Black, AL; his son, Jay Jahn, Dothan; his daughters, Stephanie Brett Varner, Geneva and Brittny Richard Dunnan, Dothan; three grandchildren; his mother, Jean Blackwell, Dothan; step-father, James R. Lisenby, Dothan; his brothers, David W. Jahn and Paul A. Jahn, Dothan; several nieces and nephews. Burial Date: January 1, 1970
