Jerry Wayne Wilson

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tony Deese. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.

Jerry was born on January 28, 1949 to the late Crettis and Anna Wilson. He later enlisted in the Army Reserve, to serve the country he loved. Jerry was employed with the Department of Agriculture where he worked as an Inspector for over 40 years before retiring. He loved to travel and go on cruises. He was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather, and friend.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Wallace Wilson.

He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Patty Wilson; his three daughters, Amy (John) Sidonio, Debra (Jamie) Wilcox, and Julie (Mickey) Phillips; his seven grandchildren, Casey Wilcox, Brent Wilcox, Ean Phillips, Hunter Wilcox, Triston Phillips, Raven Wilcox, and Kirsten Phillips; his three great-grandchildren, Sawyer Wilcox, Hazeleigh Wilcox, and Conner Wilcox; his brother, Rickey Wilson; and his special K-9 companion, Daisy.
