George F. Henderson, 77, a resident of Midland City passed away Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at a local hospital.
Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 12, 2014 at Memory Hill Cemetery with Pastor Jerry Harden officiating and Sunset Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Henderson was born February 9, 1937 in Houston County and worked as a farmer most of his life. He has been residing in Midland City since 2003. He was a member of the Midland City Senior Citizens and Memphis Baptist Church.
Survivors include his siblings, Margie Harden, Juanita Thomley, Lamar Ann Henderson, and William Henderson; a step-son Bart Blackmon; several nieces and nephews.
