Her professional life reflected the same sense of responsibility and care that she showed in every part of her life.

Above all else, Dotti loved her family. She especially cherished her grandchildren, and her happiest moments were often spent surrounded by the people she loved most. Her family was the center of her world, and she took great pride in each of them. Her love for them was unwavering, and the memories she created with them will remain a lasting comfort.

She is survived by her son, David Moore his wife, Kat, and her daughter, Michelle Hickman and her husband, Jeff; her grandchildren, Christina Wyatt and her husband, Bill, Damien Moore and his wife, Kayla Jarvis, Ashley Alphord and her husband, Marlon, Kayla Wills and her husband, Keith, Caleb Snell, Joshua Snell, Stephen Snell, Daniel Neenan and his wife, Skye, Caitlin Tibbets, and Kayla Tibbets; her 14 great-grandchildren; her sister, Brenda Kennedy and her husband, Buddy; and her stepdaughter, Rhonda Tibbets and her husband, Craig.

Dotti's life was a reflection of quiet strength, faithfulness, and devotion. She had a way of making others feel valued and cared for, and her presence brought comfort and joy to those around her. Her family and friends will remember her for her loving nature, her thoughtful ways, and the many small acts of kindness that defined who she was.

Though her passing leaves a deep emptiness, her legacy of love will live on through the generations of family she helped nurture. The lessons she taught through her example, the laughter she shared, and the love she gave so freely will continue to be treasured by all who knew her.
