Donald “Don” L. Shirie of Dothan passed away Friday, July 2, 2010 at his residence. He was 72.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Monday, July 5, 2010 at the Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Eddie Biss officiating and Robert Byrd directing. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Wiregrass Hospice, 2740 Headland Ave., Dothan, AL, 36303.Survivors include his wife of 24 years Laura Shirie of Dothan; 2 sons, Jeff Shirie and Steven Shirie; a daughter Becky Neff; 3 step-children and 11 grandchildren also survive. Burial Date: January 1, 1970
