Debra, dedicated her life to the service of others. Her gentle spirit and patient demeanor were her hallmarks, and she was often described as the person who would always be there to support others in difficult times. A devoted mother, Debra's life was enriched by her children, Shane (Abby) Partin and Angel Bullock, and her cherished grandchildren, Julia Scarpate, Brianna Bullock, and Rachel Partin. Her role as a grandmother was one she held dear, and her adoration for her grandchildren was evident in every smile and embrace she shared with them.
