Charles Hubert Rand, 79, of Daleville, AL passed away Saturday, November 2, 2013 at his residence. He was born August 18, 1934 in Syracuse, New York.

Private services will be held at a later date.

Survivors include his sons, Charles Rand, Jr., Michael Rand, and Daniel Rand; daughters, Coleen Smith, Lorraine Edgbert, and Brenda Rupert; 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; a brother Merton Rand; a sister Barbara Harvey; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Burial Date: January 1, 1970
