Betty Sue Waters

Betty Sue Waters, age 76, of Ozark, Alabama, passed away on October 10, 2026, in Ozark. She was born on December 13, 1949, and was a lifelong resident of the area.

Betty Sue was a devoted homemaker who enjoyed caring for her family and spending time with her cats. She never met a stranger and was known for her friendly nature and welcoming personality.

She is survived by her daughters, Christy Kissel and Mary Elizabeth Bowen; and her grandchildren, Michaella, Annabelle, Liam, Madison, Christopher, and Isaiah.

Betty Sue was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Jimmy, William, and Mary.

She will be remembered for her kindness, love for her family, and the friendships she formed throughout her life. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
