Black Granite Cross
Solid black with high-gloss mirrored finish, this 3" x 2" cross is our companion monument for our Freedom Park Garden. Names will be etched into the face and colored with a lithograph gold inlay.
Veterans Companion Marker
This companion marker is a 60" x 16" granite base and a solid 24" x 12" cast bronze marker for the spouse with a bronze flower vase. The Veterans Administration will provide at no charge a 24" x 12" solid bronze marker to any honorably discharged veteran. As a service to our veterans, we will help complete and mail the application to the Veterans Administration for this marker.
Veterans Individual Marker
This veteran’s individual marker is on a 28" x 22" granite base with the bronze flower vase permanently mounted in the granite. The Veterans Administration will provide, at no charge, a 24" 12" solid bronze marker to any honorably discharged veteran. As a service to our veterans, we will help complete and mail the application to the Veterans Administration for this marker.
Freedom Park, the newest addition to
Sunset Memorial Park, Funeral Home and Crematory, LLC, , is a place of honor and respect for our military veterans. With the nearest veteran's cemetery over 100 miles away, it is important to have a facility like this located in Dothan. An AH-1H Cobra Helicopter stand watch over the hundreds of polished black granite crosses of Freedom Park.
