Our thoughts are with the Garrett Family at this very difficult time. We send our prayers and very sincere condolences to family and friends. Elaine will be sadly missed by all, especially those that knew her and Family. We had many fun times together while stationed at Vandenberg AFB. Elaine always the the "Southern " lady had a very special place in our heart. Her infectious smile will be missed, as well, as her great personality. Our loss, she will always be remembered with love. Her spirit will remain with us forever and she will never be forgotten.

Don, Lisa, Kevin and family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with each of you during this time of sorrow. We will always cherish the memories of the times we were together with you, Elaine and family. We had planned to make the funeral but unexpected circumstances prevented us making the trip. We will spend time with Irene today instead. We love each of you,
Wesley and Linda
